Walk A Mile In Her Shoes is a nationwide event that invites men to join in the efforts of women to make the world a safer place. Men, women, families, neighbors, colleagues, and teams will participate in the one-mile leisurely stroll to raise awareness around issues of rape, sexual assault, and gender violence. ALL MEN are asked to wear women's shoes...high heels, ballerina slippers, flip-flops, fuzzy slippers...use your imagination!
Be sure to include your mailing address in your email.
Once registered you will receive a walk packet. Begin collecting donations for your walk. Ask friends, neighbors, colleagues, relatives, etc. to sponsor you by donating money to the Rape Crisis Center of Milford.
If you raise $25 you receive a walk t-shirt, $75 you receive a t-shirt and a bag, $150 you will receive a t-shirt and a $25 Target gift card.

Our support group is open to females 25 and older who have experienced sexual assault or violence in the past. Our support group is free of charge and confidential.
There will be snacks and drinks provided.
Some of the topics we will discuss during this group are trauma, boundaries, self-care, healthy relationships, self-confidence, and strengths.
